Within the structure of the Administration and Student Services Division, the Compliance Coordinator/Administrator serves dual roles:
- Provides organizational processes and technical assistance to districts and schools with the implementation of statewide legislative mandates and programs;
- As the county superintendents’ designee, the Compliance Coordinator/Administrator performs oversight and monitoring functions regarding the following programs/ legislation:
- Categorical Programs/Special Projects
- Charter School Oversight
- Oral Health Assessment
- Quality Education Investment Act (QEIA)
- Williams Lawsuit / Valenzuela Settlement
