Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE) is seeking proposals for E-Rate Year 15 (2012/2013) from qualified vendors as outlined in the attached Scopes of Work (SOW). MCOE is submitting an application to Schools and Library Division (SLD) for various equipment and services. The below attachments represent RFP/Bids available and must be quoted as separate proposals. MCOE will require certification by the awarded contractor, prior to project commencement, concerning criminal records check in accordance with California law. Participating contractors must have an active Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) with the SLD.
