The Monterey County Office of Education honors all employees who retired in the 2024-25 school year. Please join us in wishing them all a fond farewell.

2024-25 Retiree Recognition

The Monterey County Office of Education honors our highly esteemed countywide Teacher of the Year and Classified School Employee of the Year every year in each of our thirteen categories. All honorees were awarded in spring of 2026. In addition, all awardees received a $500 cash award made possible by the generous sponsorship of Chevron.

2026 TOY/CSEY Event

The Monterey County Office of Education honors its employees annually for their years of service. Employees are honored after 5 years of service and every 5 years thereafter. Each employee receives a certificate and a pin.
