Farewell to Friends 2024-25 Retiree Recognition
The Monterey County Office of Education honors all employees who retired in the 2024-25 school year. Please join us in wishing them all a fond farewell.
Teacher of the Year and Classified School Employee of the Year Awards
The Monterey County Office of Education honors our highly esteemed countywide Teacher of the Year and Classified School Employee of the Year every year in each of our thirteen categories. All honorees were awarded in spring of 2024. In addition, all awardees will receive a $500 cash award made possible by the generous sponsorship of Chevron.
Years of Service
MCOE honors its employees annually for their years of service. Employees are honored beginning at 5 years of service and every 5 years to follow. Each employee is recognized with a certificate and a pin.
