MCOE's Years of Service Recognition Program

MCOE honors its employees annually for their years of service. Employees are honored beginning at 5 years of service and every 5 years to follow. Each employee is recognized with a certificate and a pin. The pins contain a colored gemstone that signifies years of service with MCOE: 5 years (Sapphire Blue), 10 years (Garnet), 15 years (Emerald), 20 years (Amethyst), 25 years (Crystal), 30 years (Onyx), 35 years (Alexandria), and 40 years (Gold).
