Join the Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE) as we host the 2024 Parent Symposium and Resource Fair on Saturday, September 28! (POSTPONED)

The Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE), in partnership with several community organizations and educational institutions, will host a Parent Symposium and Resource Fair on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Hartnell College in Salinas. Attending MCOE's annual Parent Symposium is a valuable opportunity for parents to gain essential tools and insights to support their children's success in education. 
 

This year's theme, "Our Children, Our Community, Our Future," emphasizes the critical role that parents play in fostering a positive and supportive environment for their children's growth. 

This year’s symposium will offer not only an inspiring keynote speaker but also a variety of engaging workshops and a comprehensive resource fair. This enriching event is entirely free of charge. We’ve taken care of all the details, including free child care and complimentary breakfast and lunch for all registered attendees.

¡La Oficina de Educación del Condado de Monterey (MCOE) está organizando un Simposio para Padres y una Feria de Recursos! (POSPUESTO)

La Oficina de Educación del Condado de Monterey (MCOE), en asociación con varias organizaciones comunitarias e instituciones educativas, organizará un Simposio para padres y una feria de recursos el sábado 28 de septiembre del 2024 en el Colegio Comunitario Hartnell en Salinas. Asistir al Simposio anual para padres de MCOE es una valiosa oportunidad para que los padres obtengan destrezas y conocimientos esenciales para apoyar el éxito de sus hijos en la educación. 
 

El tema de este año, "Nuestros Niños, Nuestra Comunidad, Nuestro Futuro," enfatiza el papel fundamental que desempeñan los padres en el fomento de un ambiente positivo y de apoyo para el crecimiento de sus hijos. 

El Simposio de este año ofrecerá no solo un orador principal inspirador sino también una variedad de talleres interesantes y una feria de recursos integral. Este enriquecedor evento es totalmente gratuito. Nos hemos ocupado de todos los detalles, incluyendo el cuidado de niños gratuito y el desayuno y el almuerzo de cortesía para todos los asistentes registrados.
