Dr. Nancy Kotowski visited Marshall Elementary School in Seaside to participate in Read Across America. Founded in 1998, the nationwide reading celebration takes place annually on March 2, the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss (Theodor Geisel). Thousands of schools, libraries, and community centers in all 50 states invited local leaders to participate in the event.
