Innovation and Strategic Improvement

The Innovation and Strategic Improvement team works collaboratively with districts and community partners to design and organize systems of sustainable school improvement. This work includes an intentional focus on improving outcomes for students that have been historically marginalized. Monterey County districts and schools are supported in their continuous improvement journey through opportunities for data analysis and evaluation, facilitation, development and support for Local Control Accountability Plans (LCAPs), and state and federal accountability structures. The Innovation and Strategic Improvement team provides guidance to districts in application of state and federal level policies and ongoing requirements.
