Continuous Improvement is the ongoing cycle of positive change, created by small, incremental changes over time. It is a long-term process, codesigned by those who are stakeholders in the system. Continuous Improvement is built on research-based principles, with the core concept that real change comes from within, over time, and with the refinement based on small tests that yield big results when scaled across the system.

Engage in a Personalized Learning Network

Our PLN is a place for districts to build capacity of all team members, and to make strategic improvements that will impact student outcomes.

Continuous Improvement learning sessions support the development of Theories of Improvement
Teams will determine their aim, change ideas to try, and measurements of effectiveness
Action Cycles (PSDA cycles) are used to implement and test change idea
On-site coaching supports the implementation of action cycles

Communities of Practice

CoPs are designed to engage educators from multiple districts, schools, and levels of the system to collaborate and learn from each other around a focused area for improvement.

Topics of CoP are directly tied to the current equity challenges
Teams will use Continuous Improvement methodologies to impact systems change
Educators learn alongside like-minded professionals and content experts
Facilitators guide district teams to support practitioners in improving systems and outcomes
In-person sessions and on-site coaching will support implementation at the school/classroom level
