The Leadership and School Systems (LSS) team works to cultivate leaders who can strengthen and re-frame complex systems in school communities while also fundamentally rethinking and reworking education toward what it might be—socially just, equitable, and democratic.
 The LSS team provides cutting-edge expertise in Transformative Leadership, Teacher and Administrator Induction programs, Multi-Tiered System of Support, Expanded Learning programs, Americorps, and College and Career Readiness supports. Our mission is to engage districts in improving leadership and scholar support systems and simultaneously preparing educators to redesign the schooling system.
