Classified Grant: Supporting Your Path to Teaching

The Classified Grant provides financial assistance to current classified employees pursuing coursework or credentials related to teaching. The grant offers up to $4,800 to help cover eligible education-related expenses, including tuition, required fees, books, instructional materials, credential exams, and required coursework.

This funding supports classified staff as they progress toward a teaching career by reducing financial barriers. Eligible costs may include summer coursework, provided expenses are incurred within the approved grant timeframe.

Funds must be awarded by May 2026, and applicants must be current classified employees.
