The SELPA Local Plan will be made available for public inspection in the SELPA office located at 901 Blanco Circle, West Campus Room 17, Salinas, CA 93901 during normal business hours.

General Information about the Special Education Local Plan Area: Local Plan, as required by the Individuals with Disabilities Act to meet the needs of students with disabilities for special education and related services, can be found on the CDE website.

Master Contracts are approved between an LEA and Nonsectarian, Nonpublic School/Agency Services (NPA/NPS). If an NPA/NPS serves multiple school districts, the SELPA will process the Master Contract, contact Irenea Herrera: irherrera@montereycoe.org or (831) 755-0342.
